The end of Barbados's sugar cane harvest see's a colourful celebrate known as Crop Over Festival, which culminates in the best party on the island; Crop Over Carnival!
The festival itself lasts for over 12 weeks from May onwards, and brings with it plenty of arts and crafts street markets, dusk 'til dawn parties and a wealth of delicious street food pop-ups, but all of this comes together in the most incredible way at the end of the festival with a big carnival.
